We try our best to ship this item within 24 hours of the order, but sometimes, it may take up to 2 business days for it to ship.

We use USPS First Class or Priority mail. Priority mail takes approximately 2-3 business days after the ship date to arrive. First class mail will arrive between 3-5 business days after the item is shipped
Please allow extra time during holiday season.

1. Are these compatible with other wooden track systems such as Brio® or Thomas the Train® or Melissa and Doug®?

The letter trains are compatible with all these systems

2. What is your return policy?

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order send us an email within 30 days of your order and we will send you a shipping label to return the item to us FREE^* of charge. Your money will then be refunded to your credit card or Paypal account (depending on the method of payment) within 48 hours of us receiving the merchandise.

3. Can I choose the colors?

Each letter comes in 6 different colors: Red, blue, green, purple, yellow and orange. We assort the colors based on availability ensuring that no two adjacent letters are the same color. We try to do our utmost to cater to your request but availability of certain colors are dependent on our inventory at the time. If not sure, please send us an email either before or after your order and we will try our best to respond to your emails within 2-4 business hours.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We use United States Postal Service for 99% of our shipping. Priority post to international destinations will take anywhere between 1-2 weeks and First Class mail to international destinations between 2-4 weeks. Please allow extra time during holiday season.
