Alphabet Name Trains:

• Can be returned within 60 days of purchase for any reason.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Carpets and Rugs:

• Can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

TAG Toys Montessori Toys:

• Can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Furniture Items:

• All furniture items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The buyer pays for return shipping.
• A 15% restocking fee applies.

Personalized Items:

No returns on personalized items, including Name Stools, Personalized Rocking Chairs, Personalized Coat Racks, Personalized Storybooks, etc.

All Other Items:

International Orders:
