✅ To Qualify:

• The item must be identical (brand, size, style, etc.).
• It must be in stock and available for purchase at the competitor's website.
• The competitor must be a U.S.-based retailer (no auction sites, third-party sellers, or marketplaces).
• The competitor’s total price (including shipping) must be at least 5% lower than ours at the time of the request.

Just email us at sales@alphabet-trains.com with:

• A link to the lower-priced product
• Your order number (if you’ve already purchased)

We’ll verify the pricing and refund the difference if you’ve already placed your order.

If our price is $100 and you find the same item elsewhere for $94, you qualify. We’ll beat that price by 10%, and your final cost will be $84.60.
