The train was very nice quality!

I got the product that I wanted at the least price I could find, including shipping! I really liked that. Product was shipped in packaging such that it arrived with no damages to product, and in a timely manner. I was emailed when the product would arrive, and it did. I love this company!

This is the second alphabet train I have ordered. The first has lasted for more than two and a half years of a very rambunctious boy playing with it. It is still in great shape. This is why I ordered another for his brother. Thanks

The 16 block set of alphabet blocks were higher quality than I expected for the price. Made of maple, smooth edges, child could stack all 16 in a tower! Highly recommend!

The wood quality is impressive, and it’s all non-toxic, which is important to us. My daughter loves spelling her name with this.

Customer service should not send a Final review email before item is finished and shipped. Also, it took 2 phone messages and an email to get a reply from customer service. Craftmanship would have earned you a 5 but customer service needs work.

Lovely personalized book! My niece is too young to fully appreciate it now, but its something her parents can cherish and read to her.

I am very pleased with the name train I purchased for my grandson. It is an expensive item. However, it is very well made, arrived very fast, and is so cute! I would purchase again for sure.
